Brush Stroke

Snow dyeing is a fun, mostly hands-off fabric and yarn dye technique that produces one of a kind patterns.

Instead of the dye being applied to the material, it is placed on the snow.  As it melts, the dyes liquify, creating wonderful, random patterns and blended colors.

WORKS ON FABRIC OR YARN MADE WITH PLANT FIBERS s.a. Cotton, Bamboo, Linen, Hemp, etc.

ALL YOU NEED IS: Fiber Reactive Dyes Snow Fabric or Yarn and Soda Ash

This Dyeing Technique also works great with ICE CUBES

It's fun for kids, too! Just supervise them with the dyes!! SAFETY NOTE: Always, always, always wear a dust mask when handling dry dye powder of any kind!
