Dreamie Preemie is a knit hat pattern worked either flat or in the round. This free pattern is very customizable and ranges in size from extra small to extra large in preemie baby sizes.
This is a great hat pattern for donating to organizations and charities. The yarn I used is not recommended for preemies as the glitter would be too harsh so please keep in mind which yarn you use before knitting this hat for a gift or donation.
