Is there anything as gratifying as finishing a quick knit or crochet project in an afternoon or two?? I don’t know about you, but I don’t have the patience to knit an entire sweater.

I do, however, have the patience for a quick one skein pattern whether is is for knitting or crochet. One skein of yarn can pretty much be stitched up in an evening or two which makes these projects great gift ideas also.

My favorite knitting projects anyway, are quick fingerless gloves or a cute beanie or hat, although lately I have been crocheting socks for my family.

Anyhoo, I went in search of some fast and easy one skein patterns for you to try out. Any of these projects would make special, handmade gifts for Christmas or Birthdays.
